The hotel offers comfortable rooms, but the non-stop power outages can be quite irritating. It was extremely noisy around 3 am due to the terrace cafe and kitchen. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, and the rooms are not as soundproof as advertised.

Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms lacked a valley view and had issues like noise from repair work and paint smell disrupting my sleep, the included breakfast didn't cater to the needs of our family. On a positive note, the staff's service was exceptional, always attentive and friendly.

The professional service stood out, especially Qaiser's exceptional customer care, despite the terrace cafe ambiance. A renovated location with spacious, well-decorated rooms and a breathtaking view compensated for the high price paid. Dining service varied from long waiting times to amazing food options, and the facilities were below expectations.
